OTZMA is a 10 month program that offers young Jewish adults the opportunity to live and volunteer in Israel in a variety of settings, enabling them to make a meaningful contribution of service to Israel. Participants spend time at an immigrant absorption center learning Hebrew and volunteering, studying Jewish text in Jerusalem or Tzfat or volunteering on an army base, and serving in diverse capacities such as teaching English, working with the elderly, and implementing after-school programs for children in the community.
