 Kibbutz Lotan Green Apprenticeship

The Green Apprenticeship at Kibbutz Lotan combines both theory and practice as participants learn about local food production through organic gardening, ecological and community design, alternative and natural building, sustainable and energy-saving technologies, and environmental ethics. Participants work in Lotan's organic garden, on natural building projects, and on the care and development of their own unique neighborhood on Lotan's eco-campus.
