DanceJerusalem combines artistic training in dance, academic study and exposure to Israel’s challenging social, historical, and cultural environment. The program offers university-level training in the disciplines of classical ballet, contemporary dance (including Ohad Naharin’s Gaga), choreography, repertoire, and improvisation. In addition, students choose from a wide range of academic courses in Israel and Middle Eastern Studies, Comparative Religion, Environmental Studies, and Behavioral Sciences as well as Hebrew Language.
